The path from your first showroom visit to your last punchlist item — every step managed by a CKD-certified designer, every decision confirmed in writing before production begins.
Complimentary. In person. With Gregg.
Every M & M project begins the same way: you sit across from Gregg Mueller at the showroom on J & C Blvd, and you talk about your kitchen, your bath, your space, and how you actually use it. There is no script and no pitch.
Bring photos, even bad phone photos. Bring measurements if you have them, or a sketch on a napkin. Bring the magazine tear-outs you've been keeping for two years. Gregg will ask the questions you didn't know to ask.
The first consultation is always complimentary and carries no obligation.
Precise field documentation — every dimension, every constraint.
We come to your home with laser measuring tools and document every wall, every soffit, every plumbing rough-in, every ceiling irregularity. Cabinetry is unforgiving of errors at this stage — the accuracy of the measure determines the accuracy of the install.
Most kitchens take two to three hours to document completely. We will take the time it requires.
CAD elevations, real door samples, finish chips in your own light.
Gregg produces full CAD elevations of your space — every wall, every corner, every cabinet line. These are not concept sketches; they are production-ready drawings that your installer will work from.
Alongside the drawings, Gregg brings door samples and finish chips to your home. Not to the showroom. To your home, in your light. The only light that matters for choosing a cabinet finish is the light that will live with it every day.
Two full design rounds are standard. If your project is complex, we take more rounds. Nothing moves to production until the design is exactly what you want.
Nothing is ordered without your written sign-off on every element.
Before a single order is placed, you review and approve: every cabinet door style, every finish, every hardware pull, every interior fitting, every rollout shelf, every lazy Susan, every tall-cabinet interior. The approval is documented.
There are no surprises on install day — because install day is the culmination of everything you approved in writing. This is the discipline that has kept M & M's record of client satisfaction intact for 35 years.
Factory-built Dura Supreme cabinetry — to your specification.
Your cabinetry is manufactured at the Dura Supreme factory to the exact specification in the approved order. Dura Supreme's semi-custom and full-custom lines deliver factory quality at a level that most local shops cannot match — dovetailed drawer boxes, full-extension soft-close glides, and Blum Clip-top hinges as standard.
Lead times vary by product line and factory schedule; Gregg will give you an accurate timeline at the time of order. Most Naples projects run six to ten weeks from order to delivery.
Professional install. Protected site. Zero-item punchlist before we leave.
Our installation crew protects your floors, countertops, and walls before the first cabinet comes off the truck. Every filler strip is scribed to the millimeter. Every door is adjusted. Every drawer is aligned.
We do not consider an installation complete until the punchlist is empty. If an item surfaces after we leave — a hinge that needs adjustment, a scribe that shifts with seasonal humidity — one call brings us back. Warranty service for M & M projects is handled personally, not through a third-party service center.
The thing that ruins renovations is the gap between what a client imagined and what they received. Every step of the M & M process exists to close that gap — the certified design eye that asks the right questions in Step 1, the field measure that eliminates fit problems in Step 2, the real samples brought to your home in Step 3, the written approval that locks every decision in Step 4.
By the time your cabinetry is installed, there are no surprises — because you approved every element, you saw every sample in your own light, and Gregg Mueller signed his CKD credential to every line of the design.
We respond within one working day.
